It's about time, right? We've actually wanted to do a blog for a few years now, but, for better or worse, it didn't happen. So, we continued to rely on the "antiquated" methods of infrequent customer newsletters and direct email to keep you posted on Modwest happenings. This blog will help us establish faster, ongoing communication, and it also marks the beginning of some nice changes taking place at Modwest.
Here are some things to look forward to in the next few months.
- New modwest.com design (done!)
- VPS Hosting Plans (done!)
- Regular updates to blog, including important announcements, system status reports, tips, and any other relevant (or even random) information.
- Introduction of customer "feedback community"
- Important updates to shared hosting plans
- Other developments that are still "gelling"
These improvements will allow us to provide even better service and create more interesting dialogue with our customers.
